I'd like to dual a dual display setup with my eMac with an old 15" CRT monitor that I have on an old PC, but my CompUSA doesn't carry it. What other stores carry it?

I am assuming you wish to mirror your eMac display on the 15" CRT? Not sure why you'd want to do this, since you'll lose resolution. The eMac doesn't support dual independent monitors (http://www.apple.com/emac/graphics.html)

The adapter is available through the Apple Store (online or retail) for $19, but I don't know what other stores carry them. I'm sure online you can find it other places.

Nope. Not mirror. Extended Display, or as you put it "dual independant monitors".

I have no credit card to order online with, and no Apple Retail stores are anywhere NEAR me.

AFIK there is no way to do Extended Display with the eMac - it ONLY supports video mirroring (http://www.apple.com/emac/graphics.html). If you know something I don't then I'd be interested to hear it.

I don't know of any other retailers that have it. You may be able to call 1-800-MY-APPLE and see if you can pay with a check if you decide to go forward.
