I posted a topic over in the Application section of the forum when I thought this was just isolated to one program. I have been led to believe it is system related and since the issue seems to be occuring in several different applications.

Basically:
Missing Scrapbook iPhoto theme. (shows up as black)
Missing some iDVD themes (show up as black)
iTunes visualizers show up partially black.
Archive and Install did NOTHING.
Running between 64 and 32-bit didn't fix it either.
Updating Perian didn't resolve the issue either.
Is this a Quartz issue?
If not what is it? What do I need to reinstall/remove/install, to fix whatever may be causing the issue?
I can post a system profile if needed or anything else that could potentially help me solve the issue.
I don't want to call Apple if I don't have to yet, because the Genius bar "fix" last time caused me a days worth of fixing what they messed up not solving the issue.
