What the best thing to do with this ?

No HardDrive, Screen Just needs cleaning, battery works fine, and Last time I was able to boot up the Mac it worked,
What didn't work was the Audio Port did not work and I believe the Mac didn't detect that there was battery in there, Though It works In another Mac.
and have a Macsafe charger,

Wheres best place to sell it, and Is it still possible to from your best guess to get it working back to normal Use,
any other help if possible,

I'd sell it on ebay as-is. That's where you would get the most for it. If you wanted to get it working again, you'd most likely need a new logic board if it does not recognize the battery and the audio port does not work. So it isn't really worth repairing it.
