iPod What the heck (sad face icon)

I just bought a new iPod 30gig. I have had it for about 2 months. It was working fine until today where It froze and I had to reset it but now it wont start up. It only shows a picture of a ipod with a sad face and says www.apple.com/support/ipod under it. What do i do?

Could somebody help me out please. Im really pissed off at this crap. I feel like I got ripped off.

Yeah I tried what It said and I didn't work. How in the heck can they sell a product that costs $275 and lasts 2 months........

If you have only had it for two months it is still under warrenty, and they will fix or replace it, just call Apple.
