What the hell happened to my AIM account?

I woke up this morning and noticed that iChat had gone offline all by itself. So I tried logging back on and it just timed out. Ditto with Adium. Then I tried logging in with a much older account and it worked just fine. Then I tried logging on with my current account on a different computer and it wouldn't.

So what is this action all about???
