Okay, since Lion, there's been a lot of things not seeming/going right.

First of all, I want to restore a backup from my Time Capsule.

I know I have enough space, but Time Machine says it can't restore the files I want because there is not enough disk space.

Secondly, see the attachment. How the heck can the capacity be 449gb but 505.49gb is available? Those values were also different before I just did a restart.

What's going on? And how do I get things back to normal?

I think after this ordeal I'm going back to Snow Leopard. I hardly see an improvement...

It might be worth giving a call to Apple Care. There is support when you purchase the new O/S. It'd be interesting to hear what they say, and what the fix might be.

It was closed at the time I posted this and I needed to have it fixed by the time I got up in the morning. I reinstalled Lion and restored from a backup and everythings okay now.

Just strange though, clearly there are still some big bugs for Apple to squish.
