I look on my credit card bill this month, I've got about $30 from the app store. What the hell? The ONLY application I downloaded this month was Toy Camera for $2.

Did you buy any music?

If not contact itunes/apple to have them fix it.

If you go into the iTunes Store on your computer, click on your username in the top-right, enter your password, the one of the options should view "View Purchase History". Everything they've charged you for should be listed right there.

Like others have said, there's no "App Store" when it comes to getting billed. The iTunes Store bills you for apps, music, and video.

Why do some people think we, the collective know-it-alls of MacRumors, know more about this kind of stuff than Apple employees?

That hacked password doesn't work any more.... you must have changed it. Can you post the new one please? I'd like that new Google app when it comes out.

Well because once getting a MacRumors account and a certain amount of posts and an adequate rank, we as MacRumors users get some special tools via download link in our email. Those tools include access other peoples iTunes accounts to see what and why they are getting over billed. We also get AT&T tools to check to see why people end up getting charged for $1800 monthly bills.

We are the more friendly customer support and can look into issues pertaining to someones account rather than the actual user calling the definitive authorities on the subject, the actual 'Company'.

Oh yah, [/sarcasm]... almost forgot.

Either that or the OP didn't realize he bought The Pet Shop Boys album, a few episodes of Blues Clues, and a few Tiffany songs and didn't realize that iTunes bills everything the same.
Or...
He's enticing a hate thread.
