It has said June 25, 2011 the last 8 months!

How is this possible? I am the primary and pay well over 100$ for my contract.

Edit- I got iPhone 4 June 25, 2010, how can i not upgrade for over 2 years?

I dialed the *639#

No, I dialed that number on my phone and it always says june 25

how could it be aug 2012, thats 2 years and 2 months after i signed the contract?

Okay just got off tech support (that was fast)

They told me they mixed up my account with another guy from Texas...How is that even possible no clue? The lady then moved my upgrade a week up for the mistake. I can now upgrade June 18, 2011. Strange haha.

Call them!!!

Agreed. The last few times I checked my status, it said I may quality on 4/1/11. I just checked and it says they can offer me an upgrade with a new 2 year commitment and will waive the upgrade fee. Looks like they are updating everything. Hopefully it's a mistake on their part and you'll get it fixed.

thanks God! i thought this will indicate that the iPhone 5 is going to be released in august 2012!!!

Really? One person's upgrade gets moved and that means that the next iPhone won't come out until August 2012? I think you should switch to decaf.:p

My account has also been switched to 8/2012. I pay no attention to this because it has changed 4 times since December 2010. Right around when the release date is announced it always has managed to go back to it's original date. And it's happened to my account right before every iPhone release. It worried me at first but now I don't even bother calling customer care. If this time is doesn't change I'm confident they can do something for me even if I don't get it on launch day.
