What third party webcams are compatible with iChat in 10.4.10?

My parents are wanting to be able to video chat with me while I'm away at school, but don't want to lay down the cash for an iSight. I know iChat supports other cameras now, but I can't find a list. Can anyone point me to one? Looking to spend under $100.

What kind of Mac do they have?

I believe it's a PowerMac G4, something like 933Mhz.
