What time did black iPhone pre orders begin?

As the end of july gets closer it makes sense that apple would allow pre ordering for their white iphone either tomorrow or very soon.

I want to make sure I can pre order one for myself.
Does anyone remember or know the time that the black iphone became available for pre order?
