What time do I need to show up to get a good seat at the keynote??

your best bet is to leave right now ...
i don't know but i'm sure there are a certain number of seats delegated for vips and what not can you look up what sections your passes will let you sit in. Wish i could be more help but i've never been to one.

Uhm yeah leave now and hide in a janitorial closet until the conference begins. Things to bring: Water, food, and some baby wipes to shower with and nobody will be the wiser.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! The line stretches back for what seems like miles. Get there a couple of hours in advance and sit on the floor with your iBook or PB (if you have one) or listen to an iPod. Chat with fellow Mac geeks in the line. You've seen lines for Panther or iPod specials at the Apple store? Well, this is much bigger.

The earliest I have come in for a keynote was 1.5 hour - there was already a long line.

well, it's at 9, so I'll wake up at 4:30 ( 5:30 my time, w00t! ) and try to get out by 5. I'll enjoy a nice starbucks and then go wait at moscone. ( btw, can i wait inside )

But man thats early! I'm on the east coast and when I get there I will be sooooo tired!!! Knowing that now, what time do I need to show up for A seat???
