What time does iPad Mini start selling Friday? 8AM PST? 12 noon?? What about in UK?

Yeah I'd like to know this as well, I've never participated in an Apple preorder before (mostly because they're usually US + UK only) but this time I most likely will.

Would be good to know what time they usually put it up so I can have my credit card ready and refresh like crazy
