What time is AppleTV on sale?

Anyone know? I'm not sure if it will sell out like iPhones but if it goes on sale at midnight or something I want to get up and get mine ordered. Are new products usually put on sale at midnight pacific? I can't remember.

Yes - Normally midnight PST
