What time is your iPhone going to be delivered?

For all you shipped iPhone kids out there, what time is your iPhone 4 suppose to be delivered?
Mine should be here at 4:30est

it just says by 430 so basically he has the whole day to get it to you. Last year mine said by 1030 am. I don't know why Apple changed it this year. Anyway my Fedex guy usually comes around 1pm so I expect it then.

I know my order through AT&T said it would be shipped Overnight FedEx Priority which means it should arrive by 10:30 am.
