What time will 3.0 be released?

Does anyone have any idea as to what time 3.0 will be available for download? I was told that it will be as soon as midnight in what ever time zone you're in.

Its gonna suk if I have to sit through work and wait to download after i get home.

For all the people talking about other threads on when it will be released... how about helping the guy out and simply posting one. Searching isnt exactly THAT easy when you are dealing with 3 character term... and even more so with special characters. Not all forums allow such diverse or wide boolean options.
