What time will iOS 7 be available?

We all know from past experience Apple's servers get hammered and download times can take forever. So it certainly pays to be first. What time does it typically go live for download?

iOS updates have almost always gone live just shortly after 10am PT, so I'd expect the same to occur again on Wednesday.

It's usually 10am PST/1pm EST. Usually. A couple of the betas this time didn't follow that time but I'd say that's the best bet.
