well i currently own -

2x 3TB 7200 hard drives
1x 250gig SSD

I use the drives for storing pictures and video.... the SSD is my current main drive but when my 15 inch MBP arrives i was looking to use it for video editing etc... right now one of the 3TB drives is used when rendering etc.

I was thinking -

Thunderbolt 3 enclosure for the 2 HDD or a Nas enclosure
Thunderbolt 3 for the sata SSD

Now is this right? or overkill? what options are there out there.

Right now i am going to get 2x LG 27ud88 4k monitors and until there is a good enough dock for power and video outputs they will be directly attached along with the power adapter leaving only one free USB C port.

opinions please???
