What to charge for Brand Guideline Book

I have a prospecting client that wants a quote on a brand guideline book for a small condo community. This book will include the logo that is already done with logo guidelines also. Basically, they have a production artist that will take the guideline book and apply the rules and guidelines to brochures, ads, email, collateral, letterhead etc.

I was going to build the book with Typeface families, color palette, logo guidelines, sample ads, sample brochure layouts and samples of brand imagery (probably stock photos) to show what the brand will look like.

I am not sure what to charge for a Brand Guideline book of this type.

Any suggestions or advice on how to price is greatly appreciated.
