Hey everyone,

So I brought my computer in to an authorized service center for a repair on my MacBook Pro, all under warranty. I am not going to list all of the problems but the store claims they couldn't find anything wrong with my computer which is extremely hard to believe. Anyway, one of the employees turned around and hit my screen with something and scratched the screen, they said they will pay for all damages and replace the screen. I am extremely great full for that but I am just very worried that the computer will come back to me and I will continue to experience problems. I am already working on this case with an executive Apple customer service agent. What is the best way to go forward with this?

Well you can either push them into giving you more compensation, which I don't think is the best approach or accept the solution they gave you; they will fix the accident they occurred; as with the repair is concerned, do it after they fix your screen.
