What to do before selling AW?

Step 1. Un-pair AW using app on iPhone
Step 2. How I do secure erase AW? I recall there is key sequence to press on AW to erase it, but can't remember it. Also, is there a way to do a secure erase like I can do with Disk Utility on a Mac??
Step 3. Delete AW from my iCloud.com account.

Am I missing any steps?

If you're on the watchOS 3 then the buyer must be on iOS 10.
