What To Do Before Selling MacBook Pro?

I'm selling my MacBook Pro.

But I have three questions.

1. Should I zero-out my data before selling it?

2. It came preinstalled with Lion. I want to sell it with Mountain Lion, but give an out of the box experience. How can I do this?

3. My iLife 11 applications from the Mac App Store are associated with my Apple iD somehow...Is there a way to unassociate them after I do a clean install? I don't want them messing with my Apple iD.

2. Do a clean install, let it finish, and once the Setup Assistant starts, shut the Mac down.
3. I don't know.
