I have a copy of windows xp pro to install on my 2010 i7 macbook pro with snowleopard through parallels 5.0, however, I am nervous as I read people had problems with it hanging/getting stuck or with errors, with one describing just a black screen.
Others said that parallels would not work with OEM versions of windows.
So if I encounter a hang or error during installation, what should I do? I cant just leave my laptop on indefinitely while it hangs. I would like to be prepared & know what to do if this happens.
