I recently found a crack at the back of my black iphone. I hear this is a pretty common thing, and it hasnt even been 30 days yet. So I thought ok, this should be easy, just call my carrier. Rogers said SCERW YOU it doesnt affect your day to day use, and thats it. So what to do now? It really bugs me and I dont want to buy a new one....

Call Apple

Call Apple.

I had a crackly headphone on my iPhone. Fido said that they didn't cover accessoriers and I'd have to buy a new pair of headphones.

They said that Apple didn't warranty any of their product and just made them really good. What a load.

I called Apple on Monday, had a new pair on Tuesday. They had a prepaid envelope that I put the old ones in and shipped it back at a UPS store for free. Great service.

Your issue is a little more complicated, but if you don't have an Apple store in town like me (I'm in Ottawa) give it a try via the phone.

Luckily my white iPhone is still crack free...

Good luck.
