So, the freelance part of my job allows me to travel, and my client always gives me the opportunity to extend my return flight as long as I want. There's a chance I'm going to Rio next weekend and was thinking of just staying a few extra days. Aside from the beach, women, steak, and rum...has anyone ever been there or have great ideas of non-touristy places to go and things to do. I try to stay local if possible and avoid tourist traps.
