what to do now when its time to sell the 4S?

in the past I would just restore and re-jailbreak to get rid of all my personal info. What do we do now that we won't be able to restore back to 5.0.1 when the time comes? I read that the info still remains on the phone if I simply just delete the various mail accounts, etc.

You should be able to restore to the latest OS when the time comes!

You should be able to restore to the latest OS when the time comes!

I think what the OP is trying to say is that there is no guarantee when the next untethered jb will be down the road. And if there still is no downgrade method, restoring to a jailbroken state (i.e. 5.0.1) won't be possible once the signing window closes.
