I just got myself MacBook Air 11" to replace my 12" PowerBook G4. The G4 works just fine except the battery. I've been using it always plugged in for probably 2 or 3 years now. Everything works just fine otherwise. So, now I don't know what to do with it. Sell it on ebay? I doubt anyone would be interested, I mean I see others on ebay not selling. Craigslist? Again, who will want it??? So what should I do with it? Recycle with Apple? I feel that would be a waste too since the computer is functional. What would you do with it?

Keep it around as a spare, give to a friend/family member that doesn't have a working computer, or donate it could be some options.

You sick ^*#& :p.

OP: You could always keep it, sell it or give it to a relative. Those are excellent little machines and it would be a complete waste to recycle it with :apple: They are also becoming collectible

I heard museums are very interested in the product, especially my local antiques dealer.

Ummm actually, it looks like in the past few days there have been a number of successful ebay sales for these (looked at the completed listings), from anywhere from 50 (for parts) to 125 to 250 depending on condition... that's a nice small chunk of change - 100 bucks, nothing to scoff at, could buy a nice case for your new one, or an nano!

I'd list it and see what you get.

craigslist sales around here seem to be sitting at about 150-250 on these as well
