what to do with my cracked iPhone 2G?

i just bought a cracked iPhone 2G with some dead pixels..for no reason. spent $10 on it. anyway, any fun hacks to try? i was thinking of checking out openiboot or idroid or something. also, would it be worth trying to sell an iPhone 3GS box?
