A friend of a relative asked me if I wanted some speakers. I said sure.
I thought he meant some computer/ipod/generic speakers...
But I got these...

Except... I have no idea what to do with them, everything about these speakers is proprietary. I have everything, the cables , the remote, the sub.
But no receiver.

Apparently he had some issues with the receiver, so after calling Bose, they sent him a whole new system instead of a replacement. But all he wanted was a new receiver. He called Bose about it, but they didn't want anything back.

ummm sell them on ebay.

that full system goes for well over 700 bucks. (assuming it is the dvd system. I think even then, it goes for over 400 just for the speakers alone) Granted there is no reciever, but I would supposed you could get almost that much though, because ebay is good (or nuts) like that.

id you want to keep them, search for a receiver on ebay.

Otherwise, sell sell sell and buy yourself some ram or put it to a "new gadget" for macworld fund :)
