Hello everyone,
I have a sort of specific question to ask and therefore my searches have come up a little dry. I have had my 32gb iPhone 4 since the day it was released in Canada and purchased apple care t go along with it. I love the phone. However as of late I have been having some troubles with it. I have just returned from school in new york where I do not use the phone as it is Teuls and did not wish too unlock it. I have been using it since i returned in late May and experience frequent problems, including it randomly shutting off, not charging, and the battery rainging rapidly. Also some of the time when I turn the phone back on it will display the wrong date and time, along with not allowing any of my apps to connect to the internet. Nothing other than restoring the phone completely will fix the problem. I have tried everything I know personally to attempt to fix this. (it almost seems to me that the battery connection is not right and somehow temporarily disconcerting and turning the phone off?) The problem is that it currently has a cracked back on it, which is a replacement back (cracked original as well). Now i can easily get another replacement back for it before bringing it into apple but is it worth it or will they just be able to tell it is a replacement anyways? I have heard of people going in with phone problems and replacement screens in there phone and receiving a new phone all together. Will apple not look at fixing it because of the back? Is it worth bringing it in?
Thank you very much, sorry if this sounds a little confusing. Any help or suggestions i much appreciated
