I recently returned my macbook pro as it was getting to hot for me. I am now looking at getting one of the new macbook airs as they should have everything I need in a laptop except maybe the gfx power. (will miss WoW on a mac lol)

As my post says im wondering what I can expect from the macbook air in terms of power(cpu speed) and heat mainly. Will this machine be able to run a couple VMware guests or will it start to freeze up on me? Also hows the heat on past models and does anyone think with the new CPU that will change a lot?

Common battery life? 5 hours? More?

Thanks for taking your time to look and answer

Probably shouldnt need to worry too much about WOW, although I don't play it, I've read on a few threads that the HD3000 on OSX can run it at around 60fps on the 13 2011 MBP, supposedly due to it having pretty decent drivers for Mac.

Your other questions are answered extensively in other threads. It might be worth having a search through the forum.
