What type of Memory / SSD for MacBook Pro Early 2011 Core i7 2.7 13inch

What type of Memory (Brand) and SSD (Brand) should I get for a MacBook Pro Early 2011 Core i7 2.7 13inch? I currently have 4gb and I want to go to at least 8. I have a 2.5 500gig hard drive and want to get a SSD with at least 240-250 gig.

As far as memory goes, the brand doesn't matter, just get whatever has the correct specs and a good warranty with a decent price and you're good to go.

SSD wise, either Samsung, Crucial or Intel would be my picks.
