I need to order a storage card for my grandson’s Switch 2. What’s a good one, and how much would you get?

IDK much about moving stuff from one gaming device to another, using old cards, etc.

Only MicroSD express cards are compatible with the Switch 2. Something important to keep in mind. It seems like anything above 256gb is low in stock.

I’m going to use internal storage for now and wait for the initial hype to go down. And wait for the prices to go down, because those express cards are expensive.

This is the way. If you can find the ONN cards (Rebranded PNY), those are a great deal, but as mentioned, are very hard to find above 256GB.

I am going to go for a 1TB card once things aren't quite so insane.
