I'm going to be sitting in the comfort of my own house waiting for my phone to arrive in the AM, but I just wanted to know what you who are waiting in line are planning on bringing along for food? Doritos, Mtn Dew, Little Ceasers? you have to have something if you are planning on sitting in one spot for 12 straight hours.

I'd ****ing bring booze. Mine'll get here via UPS tomorrow. But coke with a little rum in it just looks like coke to everyone else.

i have a Q for all the people who are waiting in lines:

why didn't you just )@#(*!)$ing preorder?

If I had an Apple store nearby, I'd camp versus preorder. I find it fun. Getting there around 20:00 the night before, meeting people, pigging out, playing cards, talking about Apple... it's quite fun!

Bring redbull and ritz crackers

What about the canned cheese? And s'mores!

When I waited for the iPhone 4 two years ago (I know, I should have pre-ordered), the Apple Store bought and served a few hundred boxes of pizza, water bottles, and fresh fruits to the people waiting in line. I'm not sure if other Apple Stores did this, but it was quite nice of them. :)

The few times I've done launch lines I've always had Jack Daniels. I have a 9am appointment to pick up at best buy so ill wait till I get home to drink. Probably hit up the Whataburger on the way.
