With verizon there aren't any limitations besides maybe wifi calling and simultaneous voice and data ? With sprint you wouldn't be able to use Att.

I just told you you can use Verizon's iPhone 5s/5c without any limitations besides those two I listed. So yes lte..

You cant use any sprint iphones on AT&T.
You can use any Verizon iphone 5, 5S and 5C.
The VZ iphone 5 will not get LTE with AT&T. The other newer models 5s and 5C will get LTE and everything else.
