I need to swap my iPhone out due to a broken power button. I am jailbroken, but was wondering what versions of iOS is shipping on the replacements units to see if I lose my jailbreak? I'm in the UK too.

Thanks. Had a feeling it'd likely be just before 6.1.3 but there's still a chance it won't be.

If anyone who's recently swapped out or bought a new iPhone knows the iOS version it came with do post too

What version of iOS is on new iPhones?

There appears to be a large number of iPhones still (AT&T/Verizon) on iOS 6.1.2 I'm betting apple won't release 6.1.3 until May

6.1.3 is out. But as people have all said above, many have received phones with 6.1.2. This most likely depends on how quickly 6.1.2 stock runs out.

Anyway, I was unlucky! I got 6.1.3.

Edit.. and as just seen above, having 6.0.1 on a new handset is pretty old!

What else could it depend on?

On the model, AT&T is probably now all on 6.1.3, unlocked models might still be on 6.1.2

If you get a good genius you can ask to check on the serial nr. for new phones, use chipmunk.nl, it will give you the production week, anything prior week 6 should have 6.1.2 or earlier on iphone 5's
