what video editing software is this? picture

i was looking for a new video editing software and saw this pic and it looks good but i dont know what the software name is, any help?

That's the old-style iMovie HD, prior to iLife 08 it was the one we all had on our Macs. Many people (myself included) still use it for our editing. I just got used to that interface and didn't see the point of changing to the new one.

thats imovie hd, the imovie before 08, much better, it was availible for download but no longer is. im afraid the only way to get it would be through a torrent or megaupload or something.
