What was the "third thing" Jobs missed at the famous Xerox demo of the GUI/mouse?

In a keynote several years ago he stated that he was so blown away by graphical interface and the mouse that he left before Xerox demonstrated a third thing that Apple eventually introduced. Jobs joked, "If I had stuck around a little longer, it wouldn't have taken so long to introduce this now..."

Anyone recall what that was? Or even, the keynote he presented all of this at?
