What was this authentication thing?

I was looking through this thread: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/667339/ and this popped up, (see image attached) The weird thing is it seems to only happen on page 3 of the thread. Whats going on here?

I didn't get that, but there was a post trying to load an invalid image URL which I fixed. Try again.
