What was this game for the Apple II?

Hey all. WHen I was a kid in elementary school, we used to have a very Broderbund/Print Shop-esque game where you would make an alien or creature and then be able print it out. You could pick the background, eyes, head, etc. etc.

I've seen a mention or two for "Creature Creator" on some sites but haven't found any screenshots.

Anyone know what this game was?

And if not- are there other good vintage apple forums on which to ask?
