I was on safari using a site for class and this happened Screen Shot 2014-09-04 at 5.06.51 PM.png

Afterwards I downloaded an application for malware and it didn't find any... Am I safe?
 
Is is just a scam popup. If you go to that page it will tell you your computer is locked down by the FBI and to call a phone number and pay money to get it unlocked. Just ignore it. Total scam.
