Here's mine, a red 'Raleigh Chopper' when I was 7 years old, it had 3 gears and you could carry an extra person or 2!

Sweet Jumps, etc, etc :)

sweet memories...

here's mine at age 5. went from the kiddie bike with training wheels to this and smashed into my neighbors front door because it didn't have a coaster brake. ouch! great thread and good memories.

My first vehicle was some kind of tricycle, first bike I think was this black/white BMX-like thing. No gears or anything like that. Stuck a load of Frosties stickers on the handle bar :D Must have been about 6 or so.

I had a bunch of junky kids bikes as my first few bikes, but my first decent bike was a mid-90s Specialized Rockhopper. I couldn't find any pictures similar to the one I had online. I only got rid of it recently due to space issues.

All that I remember was that it was red with a sticker on it that looked similar to the Saturn Car Company.

Oh, and I remember a nasty slide on a gravel driveway with the bike. Did a good job scraping my side hip/thigh.

A second-hand girls bike, red, rusted out. I learned to ride on it and was glad to be rid of it once I got my new red Huffy boys bike with banana seat.

some red bike w/ no gears. I remember how my friend next door and I used to get up to top speed on our bikes and stop hard to make some crazy skid marks. was fun until I flat spotted and created a bubble in my tire :D good times...

A massive really old ratty ladies bike with a basket on the front, I couldn't touch the ground and sit on the seat so it was very precarious. I learnt to ride on this bike without stabilisers or anything so I fell off many times before quite getting it.

Huffy BMX that me and my brother pieced together from several bikes.

Sweet little thing though. I had several BMXs over the years - but the bearings in the pedal part kept blowing out.
