The guy at the genius bar told me 3-4 days but I'm looking for real world times. Those of you that had repairs, when did you take your phone in and when did you get it back? I'm nervous I won't have my phone back by Friday (I really need it for the weekend). I took it in yesterday.

don't know about iPhones, but for my Macs, they've always arrived and left the repair depot the same day. Apple usually gets them back overnight. I've found the limiting factor is getting them to Apple.

depending on the job, but i once had a logic board replacement and was called to go back and get it later that same day i cheked it in bloody annoying as i had to go back to london the next day

my iphone repair took 4 days, dropped it off at the Genius bar on Sunday, Fed-ex delivered it Thursday. A signature is required for the repaired/new phone, but you can sign the fed-ex door tag if you are not there and they will leave it next day.

Went to Apple Store on Sunday at 2PM
Received replacement phone Wednesday morning.

3 day turnaround.

wow:eek:
the phone i took to the apple store monday evening was attempted to be delivered today (wednesday)
too bad i wasn't home

my genius told me about the 3 day turnaround. i dropped my phone off on a wednesday and didn't get it back until tuesday. i think they didn't ship it out right away from the apple store because the repair center didn't get it until monday.
