I know there is the cellular-watch-face with the green dots in the middle, but are there any more?

Nope. That's it. Just the explorer face and that's for the cellular model only

A shame really, I keep seeing interesting Watch faces in the preview pics of YouTube videos - but not obviously they are all mockups.

I can't imagine YouTube videos making mock-ups. Too much effort for a YouTuber.

Don't forget many faces can be customized with your own complications. The modular face us great for making it look how you want.

No, that is not me and not supposed to be advertisement. I actually clicked the video „Apple Watch 3 - Full Review (In-Depth)“ only because of the watch face in the preview pic. Reminded me of an old Casio watch of mine.

But you can’t place complications in the lower right quadrant that way.
