I'm going with a bumper from Apple, and then front and back screen protectors to protect the glass. That's the combo I like the best, so far...

NONE

gonna keep it in it's birthday suit :)

for those of you scared of dropping it, all you have to do is do it once....and you'll never do it again. I shattered my 2Gs screen, never....ever, again. My home button stopped working, it was the worst

I used a gun metal incase sldier on my 3gs and loved it, but ill think ill go with the bumpers now.

I've always had some sort of BodyGuardz skin on my previous iPhones, but I'm going to let the iPhone 4 shine in all its naked glory.

What's the point of all these "do you think" and "how will iPhone....." How the heck is anyone supposed to know anything about the new iPhone or any of it's cases, films, headphones...... Every one has seen the same freakin items every one else has. How the heck is anyone supposed to know the answers to any of these questions? FFS wait until it comes out like every one else is.

Three Simple Steps To iPhone 4 Nerdvana

1) Unpack iPhone
2) Setup to one's own preferences
3) Enjoy using with or without case

If you've made it this far, you're ahead of approximately 600,000 people that couldn't get through the pre-order debacle. Therefore, the right case is something I'm sure will become apparent once one see's the various models offered... :)

(more than one source has estimated that 50% of potential buyers could not get through to place their order for iPhone 4)

Vaja Cases are the best quality and build out of any case that I have found so far... if you want more of a rubber case iSkin has some nice ones (haven't released the iPhone 4 ones though)... and they just came out with a high end leather line called Enigma thats $100 too.

I think deciding a case for this phone will be harder than the 3G. With the design of the 3G I didn't mind covering the sides, back and some of the front since i wasn't crazy about the silver border thing. With the iPhone 4, from looking at pics, i think the design is much nicer and the antenna border and buttons are so nice looking, i really don't want to cover it up. Which is why i don't like the bumpers. Maybe something clear would end up being the best choice.

EDIT: I'll be keeping an eye out for something eco friendly from Agent 18.
