i have a jailbroken ipad 2, and was just curious as to what would happen if i updated to iOS 5 while it was still jailbroken?? would about the jailbreak apps i got?? will those stay or go??

if it will get rid of jailbreak and everything I've done with it, ill be fine with that just to get ios5, but would be great if i could keep the stuff i got from jail breaking

what apps are you talking about? your ipad will be restored to IOS5. You can restore your backup files but anything related to jailbreak will not work and will not be restored

If you have your ipad2 gsm shsh blobs saved will a restore with tiny umbrella not work ?

As I understand it (and I'm no expert) if you update to 4.3.5 on an iPad 2 you are not able to restore to 4.3.3 whether you have your "blobs" saved, or not. Given that, I doubt you can restore from iOS 5.
