iPhone XS What will happen to XS inventory after release of 11 Pros?

I see only refurbished X's on Apple's site. I'd like to pickup an XS 256. What does Apple do with them? Ugh.

Do you think its better to buy an 11 Pro over the XS? I was hoping to score an XS for a good price.
