Hello, I have over 8000 photos on my phone. Before Genius could fix my iPhone, he asked me to backup my phone first as he does not want to erase my 8000 photos. As the free iCloud storage is limited, he recommended me to upgrade to a larger storage and backup the phone. He thinks that even if I terminate the upgraded service with a day of use, I will still be charged for a month. Is that right? What if I just upgrade iCloud storage, backup all the stuffs in my phone to the cloud, have him fix my phone with re-installation of the iOS as part of the repairing, download all the stuffs back from the cloud to the phone, and then terminate the upgraded storage service? Will the extra stuffs to be stored in the extended storage be deleted or still in the cloud with access permission denied until I pay again?
