iOS What will I need to publish an app?

Hi guys,

Let's say I already have an app ready to publish and sell for money. What will I need to provide apple? Tax numbers? I am not from the United States, I live in Asia. How will they pay me for sales?

Also, how long does it take to get an app approved and published?
