was it announced already that 4s will be missing features on ios7 that the 5 and 5s/c will have? Just curious and a little behind on features.

It looks like: "Filters in Camera" and "AirDrop" are the only 2 iOS 7 features that are absent on the iPhone 4S. Obviously, the 4S won't be able to do hardware required features like the TouchID and some of the new camera features that the 5s is capable of because of its upgraded hardware.

It's kind of like NFC. You can transfer files like pictures, contacts, etc. between iOS devices, but without having to tap devices. It's a feature that's on the Mac too.
They added photo filters in the 2nd beta and it's been there ever since. So the only features it's missing is airdrop and the iPhone 5s features.
oh cool. I'm not too fussed over the airdrop. So guess I'll stick with the 4s until the phone knocks off. Hopefully it lasts another year.
