What will the likely discount be when the new Imac 3.06 becomes available as refurb?

Also, does anyone know roughly how long it takes for a new product to start being available as a refurb? Looking at what happened with the unibody MB and MBP, it seems like it's about 5 months from the time of release. Would that sound right for the Imacs?
